Internal Overview

RNC Genter Capital Management is a money manager with more than $3 billion in assets (as of 06/30/09). The firm, located in Los Angeles, California, was established in 1968 to offer separate account management services to high net-worth individuals and smaller institutions. The firm manages a number of fixed income and equity strategies to meet various financial objectives and needs.

RNC Genter is organized into the following five departments:

• Firm Management
• Equity Management
• Fixed Income Management
• Marketing & Client Service
• Operations

Firm Management consist of the executive office and those individuals involved in the key decision making for the firm. Equity Management consists of portfolio managers, research analysts, and a senior trader that hold the responsibility of managing the firm's equity strategies. Similarly, Fixed Income Management consists of portfolio managers, credit analysts, and traders whom are responsible for managing the firm's fixed income strategies. The Marketing & Client Service department is responsible for servicing existing clients and establishing new business relationships, while Operations consists of accountants, human resources personnel, operations personnel, and other individuals who are essential in maintaining the day to day operations of the organization.
