Manuel A. Gutierrez, CMA
 is Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and a member of the Executive Management, Brokerage Oversight, and Technology Commitees. Before joining RNC Genter Capital Management in 1984, Mr. Gutierrez was a CPA and Senior Staff Member in the Audit Division at Arthur Andersen & Company. He also served as both Vice President and Treasurer of Asia Industries, Inc., a subsidiary of US Industries, N.Y. Mr. Gutierrez earned a B.S.C. from the Philippine College of Commerce and attended the La Salle Graduate School of Business. Additionally, Mr. Gutierrez is a Certified Management Accountant, and an active member of both the Institute of Certified Management Accountants and the California Society of CPAs.

Mr. Genter joined RNC Genter Capital Management in 1979 with a background in macro economic research. He became Vice President in 1983 and had direct responsibility for the majority of the firm's institutional client relationships. He became a Principal of the firm in 1984. As Senior Vice President in 1985, his responsibilities were further expanded to include general managerial duties for the firm's daily operations. In 1992, he assumed his present position. Mr. Genter earned a B.S. from the University of Southern California.
