Fixed Income Management
Stephan M. Bradasich, CIC
is Senior Vice President, Director of Fixed Income Investments, and a member of the Executive Management, Investment Policy, Brokerage Oversight, and Technology Committees. Mr. Bradasich joined RNC Genter Capital Management in 1992. He began his career in 1966 with Western Asset Management/United California Bank Trust, specializing in fixed income investments, where he was promoted to Portfolio Manager in 1968. In 1977 he joined Old National Bank of Washington as Portfolio Manager and Assistant Manager of the Investment Department. In 1982 he joined Imperial Bank as Vice President, Portfolio Manager overseeing all aspects of Bank Portfolio Management, Asset & Liability Management, and the analysis, trading and underwriting of municipal fixed income securities. In 1987 he moved to Youbramar Investment Resources where he served as an Investment Consultant. Mr. Bradasich is a Chartered Investment Counselor and a member of the CFA Institute, CFA Society of Los Angeles, National Federation of Municipal Analysts, and the California Society of Municipal Analysts.

Alexander J. Hall, CFA
is First Vice President, Portfolio Manager, and a member of the Investment Policy Committee. Mr. Hall joined RNC Genter Capital Management in 1994 and specializes in taxable fixed income securities. Prior to joining RNC Genter he worked at a Real Estate Management firm in California. He was promoted to Portfolio Manager in 1998 and Vice President in 2001. Mr. Hall earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Los Angeles.

Brian J. Pytlewski
is First Vice President, Portfolio Manager, and a member of the Investment Policy Committee. Mr. Pytlewski began his investment career in 1994 as Investment Executive with Piper Jaffray & Company focusing on high net worth clients. He joined RNC Genter Capital Management in 1999 as Portfolio Administrator, he was then promoted to portfolio manager in 2000, specializing in tax exempt fixed income securities. He was promoted again in 2003 to Vice President. Mr. Pytlewski earned a B.A. from Loyola Marymount University located in California.

Paul M. Ryan
is Vice President, Portfolio Manager specializing in tax exempt fixed income securities. Mr. Ryan joined RNC Genter Capital Management in 2001 as an Assistant Portfolio Manager for taxable fixed income accounts. He began his career in the capital markets with Reuters America, Inc., providing sales support and client service for an array of different market data products. In 1993, he joined Financial Information Network, Inc., as a Fixed Income Specialist. While there, he also developed expertise in the area of investment performance analytics. Since joining RNC Genter in 2001, Mr. Ryan has received a series of promotions, culminating in his current position, which he undertook in 2006. Mr. Ryan earned a B.A. in Political Science/Public Administration from California State University, Los Angeles. He is currently enrolled in Claremont Graduate University’s Drucker School of Management, where he is working on an Executive program MBA due in Spring 2009.

Taylor R. Rudnick, CFA
is Associate Portfolio Manager. Mr. Rudnick joined RNC Genter Capital Management in 2005 as a Marketing Associate. He moved to his current position within the fixed income department in 2006. Prior to joining RNC Genter, Mr. Rudnick worked as Financial Services Representative with E-Trade Financial, Inc. Mr. Rudnick earned a B.S. in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation..
