Kathy S. Nelson
is Vice President, Operations and a member of both the Executive Management, Brokerage Oversight, and Technology Committees. She joined RNC Genter Capital Management in 2004 with over 30 years of investment experience in trading and operations management. She began her career with Trust Company of the West, where she was employed for 18 years as an options, equity, and convertible bond trader. In 1996 she moved to Pacific Income Advisors as Vice President of Equity Trading, where she was responsible for both the institutional and wrap equity trading desks. In 2001 she joined Net Asset Management, a company that develops web-based software platforms for the financial advisory industry, as Operations Manager. Mrs. Nelson earned a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.

James C. Doan
is Vice President Information Systems and head of the Technology Committee. Mr. Doan joined RNC Genter Capital Management in 2001 with over nine years of previous experience in the Information Technology Industry. He began his career in 1994 with Symantec Corporation and in 1995 moved on to private technology consulting. In 1997 Mr. Doan joined Data Systems Worldwide, Inc., a technology integration and consulting company, as Manager of Servers and Services. Mr. Doan earned a B.S. from Azusa Pacific University.

Dale H. Good
is Supervisor, Operations & Performance, and a member of the Technology Committee. Mr. Good joined RNC Genter Capital Management in 2001 with over 20 years of experience. He began his career in 1979 as an Auditor with Bateman Eichler, Hill Richards, Inc. He then moved to Security Pacific Bank in 1984 as a Supervisor working on account conversions between custodians. In 1990 he moved to Bank of America as Report Supervisor and in 1998 joined Wells Fargo as Project Manager working on moving assets to DTC. Mr. Good earned a B.S. in Mathematics from University of California, San Diego.
